The answer to the previous question is: A centromere is the point of attachment of two sister chromatids in any cell, arising during the process of cell division. A centrosome is a cell organelle initiating cell division in animal cells.     In Feedback Mechanism, the amount of the end-product or products (Biochemical pathway-Hormones) is regulated. In hormonal feedback mechanism, the amount of hormone in the body regulates its further production or release. This effect can be positive or negative, Negative feedback reduces or stops the hormonal secretion and in positive it increases the hormonal secretion. Hormonal feedback mechanism is controlled by hypothalamus by the help of releasing hormone.

    FEEDBACK MECHANISM:
    1. A loop system in which the system responds to perturbation either in the same direction(positive feedback) or in the opposite direction(negative feedback).

    2.A process in which the level of one substance affects the level of another substance.

    3. A mechanism or a signal which tends to initiate (to accelerate) or inhibit(to slow down) a process.

    EXAMPLE:
    :: POSITIVE FEEDBACK::
    Onset of contractions during childbirth. When the contraction begins a hormone ‘oxytocin’ is released into the body to stimulate further contractions.

    ::NEGATIVE FEEDBACK::
    Regulation of blood glucose level, regulation of hormone synthesis, and body temperature.
